Abstract:

PURPOSE: A novel kneaded food having good taste, improved flavor and high nutritive value, useful as a relish taken with Sake or an ingredient to be applied to bread, obtained by kneading butter or margarine with various kinds of food ingredients.

CONSTITUTION: Butter or margarine is kneaded with cocktail sauce, fried Cortinellus shiitake, ham, bacon, Ume, wasabi preserved in sake lees, anchovy, Miso (fermented soybean paste), boiled fish paste, sea urchin, cod roe, tartar sauce, parsley, walleye pollack roe, curry powder, and/or turmeric food ingredient, to give the desired food having flavor and high nutritive value.
