Adhering of the thin paper to the thick paper becomes easy by forming a half cut on the thin paper for covering the pad material, directly pasting an adhesive such as glue, bond or the like on the thick paper, and folding the half cut inward, wherein side matching of the thin paper to the thick paper becomes easy, the adhesive pasted on the thick paper is also used for adhering the pad material, thereby working steps are reduced and the manufacturing time and cost are reduced.
