Abstract:
1. A process for the dehydration of a suspension of mineral pigments characterised in that the resistivity of said suspension is adjusted to a value of between 100 and 15 000 OMEGA cm and in particular between 500 and 5 000 OMEGA cm and sufficient to permit the deposit of pigment under the action of an electrical field, and then said suspension is subjected to the action of an electrical field.
