Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A polymerizable heterocyclic compound containing a heterocyclic ring conjugated with a double bond shown by the formulaI(R1 is H or methyl; X is O or NH; R2 is bifunctional organic group residue; R3 is H or alkoxy; X is atom group forming aromatic heterocyclic ring; n is 0 or 1).
EXAMPLE: 4-[2-(4-Methacryloxyphenyl)ethenyl]pyridine.
USE: A monomer for a photosensitive material. Capable of being dispersed into a high polymer compound uniformly, its amount to be added to the compound is small, and a highly photosensitive material is provided.
PROCESS: A compound shown by the formula II is reacted with an acryloyl halide or a methacryloyol halide, to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
