Abstract:

To provide a novel pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine compound which has GPR119 receptor agonistic activity and is useful as a drug.

There is provided a compound represented by formula [I] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. In formula [I], E is a group of the formula:-NH- or the like; ring A is a substituted benzene ring or the like; R⁰ is a cyclic group or the like; and R² is a halogen.
