O-[3-tert.-butyl-pyrazol(5)yl]-(thiono)(thiol)-phosphoric(phosphonic) acid esters and ester amides of the formula in which R is hydrogen, alkyl, cyanoalkyl, or phenyl optionally carrying at least one halogen, halogenoalkyl, alkyl or alkylthio substituent, R1 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkylthio, R2 is alkoxy, alkyl or phenyl, R3 is alkoxy, alkylthio or monoalkylamino, and X is oxygen or sulphur, which possess arthropodicidal, nematicidal and fungicidal properties.
