Abstract:

To provide a thermosetting resin that has toughness in addition to high flexibility and also has high reliability as a thermosetting resin, a suitable method for manufacturing the same, and a cured product obtained by curing the resin.

The thermosetting benzoxazine resin having a phenoxy moiety in the skeleton and a suitable method for manufacturing the same are provided.
