Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition exhibiting an excellent controlling effect with a low dose on various kinds of noxious insects of sanitary insect pests such as flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches, blood sucking insects such as mites and fleas, which are parasitic on an animal such as a pet, and others.
SOLUTION: The noxious insect-controlling agent contains a compound having insect growth controlling activity such as a juvenile hormone active compound or a chitin synthesis inhibitor, and 5-amino-3-cyano-1-(2,6-dichloro-4- trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-trifluoromethylsulfinylpyrazole as active ingredients.
