NOZZLE ATTACHING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3935724
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel nozzle attaching structure which can prevent a nozzle from removing even if the nozzle is fixed by thermally welding and the welded part peels.
SOLUTION: The nozzle attaching structure comprises an elongated tubular spray nozzle 1 made of a thermoplastic resin material and an actuator 3 fixed thereto. The actuator 3 is equipped with a support tube 32 into which the nozzle 1 is fitted. At least one opening 5 is formed in the middle on an axial direction of the tube 32. A portion of the nozzle 1 exposed at the opening 5 is welded to a periphery of the opening 5 of the tube 32 by an appropriate thermally welding tool.
