The nozzle burner comprises a roaster 3 provided with a downward inclination from the rear to the front in a lower part within a combustion chamber 1, a primary air feeding device 4 which feeds primary combustion air from a primary air passage 41 provided below the roaster 3 into the chamber 1 above the roaster 3, and a fuel feeder 5 which pushes woody fuel in a predetermined push out direction D1 from the rear of the combustion chamber 1 to the front and supplies the fuel onto the roaster 3.
