Title:
NOZZLE DEVICE FOR MOLDING VISCOUS SUBSTANCE, AND BAND DRYER EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014195755
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain: a nozzle device for molding a viscous substance that can mold a viscous substance such as sludge while preventing the viscous substance from adhering with each other after passing a cutting pin; and a band dryer equipped with the nozzle device.SOLUTION: A nozzle device 1 for molding a viscous substance includes: a cylindrical body part 5 having an intake port 5a through which dewatered sludge 3 as a viscous substance is charged, a molding passage 5b in which the charged dewatered sludge 3 flows and an exhaust port 5c through which the dewatered sludge 3 having passed the molding passage 5b is discharged; and cutting pins 7 that are installed at the exhaust port 5c side of the body part 5 and cut the dewatered sludge 3 having passed the molding passage 5b. The plurality of cutting pins 7 are arranged at the most leading end of the molding passage 5b with a predetermined space in a crossing direction with the molding passage 5b.
