To provide a venting/filling nozzle having a simple structure capable of filling a container with a filler at a low filling pressure while removing the air, which is in the container, to the outside upon filling of the container with the filler.

The venting/filling nozzle is an venting/filling nozzle 1 which fills the container 11, in which a wiping part 12 is incorporated, with the filler 10 from a nozzle part 2. The nozzle part 2 is formed to have a diameter so that the wiping part 12 is broaden. On the outer periphery of the nozzle part 2, a single or a plurality of V-groove-shaped or U-groove-shaped recessed portions 4 forming gaps between the nozzle part and the inner wall of the wiping part 12 is provided along the length direction of the nozzle part. Upon filling of the filler 10 into the container 11, the container can be filled without increasing the fill discharge pressure while making the air 13 in the container 11 escape to the outside from the recessed portions 4 of the outer periphery of the nozzle part 2.
