Abstract:

To improve nozzle foil, especially to simplify installation of the nozzle foil to a nozzle bar of a textile processing machine.

There is provided a nozzle foil 12 having plural nozzle holes 16 arranged on one or more lines in the longitudinal direction L and consisting of at least two foil segments 25. Adjacent two foil segments 25 are connected by engaging each other and the upper sides 15 and the under sides 17 thereof are in a common plane. To achieve engaging connection, a connecting means 27 is formed on the foil segment 25, and the connecting means 27 interacts with an opposing connecting means 28 of the other foil segment 25. The connecting means 27 and the opposing connecting means 28 are each an integral component of each foil segment 25 and simultaneously produced with each foil segment 25. The connecting means are made of the same material as that of each foil segment 25.
