PURPOSE: To suppress the vibration at the nozzle tip in using a lance nozzle which is formed especially small in diameter and used for deburring a deep hole, and manufacture the nozzle even of the small diameter at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A brush 4 of approximately same diameter as the diameter of a hole in a work is provided In a peripheral part of an orifice at the tip of a lance nozzle, and this brush 4 is implanted in a cylindrical body 5 in an attachable/detachable manner to/from a nozzle body 2. Only the peripheral part 3 of the orifice is made of the wear resistant material which can be hardened, and only the latter half of the nozzle body is made of the general thick- walled rerolled tube by providing a faucet joint, the faucet joint is fitted to each other, and the fitted part is brazed so as to be strongly integrated for the use of the lance nozzle.
