To provide a nozzle head positioning mechanism that has a beautiful appearance with no unpleasant conspicuous recesses and projections, is convenient to assemble, and has durability, the mechanism being provided for a liquid spray container having a fixed sucking section B1 attached to a container A, and an operable spraying section B2 projecting such that a nozzle head 20 whose lower end periphery is vertically movably fitted in the guide cylinder 14 of the fixed sucking section can be pushed down against upward press, and the mechanism being designed such that a liquid in the container is sprayed from the discharge opening 24 of a nozzle 23 by the vertical movement of the operable spraying section.
An positioning projection 30 having a seating 32 and a reinforcement 33a and formed from a vertical rib 33 is formed on the external face of the nozzle head. The seating is vertically movably fitted in a guide groove 31 vertically formed in the internal face of the guide cylinder 14.
