Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled adjusting device that is obtained by arranging the 2nd guide member and ring-shaped member in a slidable state outside the 1st guide member fixed to an inner cylinder which a laser beam penetrates and by supporting a nozzle elevatingly by the ring-shaped member, and then makes both centers of the nozzle and laser beam agree mutually.

CONSTITUTION: To inner cylinder 6 encircling laser beam 2 passed through condenser lens 1, the 1st guide member 13 is fixed and at the outer circumference of member 13, the 2nd guide member 14 is arranged being movable relatively to member 13. When member 13 is depressed by screw axis 16, member 14 that should move in the direction of axis y-y is moved in the direction of axis x-x together with outside ring-shaped member 15. Then, members 15 and 14 supporting nozzle 5 liftably are made relatively slidable and when member 14 is depressed in the direction of axis y-y, member 14 is moved toward member 13 in the y-y-axial direction, so that member 15 will be moved in the y-y-axial direction. Therefore, nozzle 5 can be moved and adjusted independently and easily in three dimensions.
