To provide a structure of nozzle, by which a liquid is not scattered around even when a nozzle is separated from a surface, to which an object to be sucked sticks, in the state of jetting out the liquid during suction.
Concerning the structure of nozzle, which is connected to a sucking device to be used for sucking an object to be sucked, this structure is provided with a main body part of nozzle having a suction hole formed connected to the sucking device, a liquid spouting hole formed on the main body of nozzle so as to spout the liquid, which is blown to the object to be sucked, almost parallel with the surface, on which the object to be sucked sticks, when this main body of nozzle faces the surface, where the object to be sucked sticks, and a barrier wall part provided at a position, which faces the liquid spouting hole with the suction hole inbetween, on the main body part of nozzle so that the liquid spouted out of this liquid spouting hole can collide, and when the sucking device is operated, the liquid spouted out of the liquid spouting hole collides with the barrier wall part and is sucked from the suction hole later.
