Title:
NOZZLE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3452193
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle structure preventing splashing of liquid during sucking operation even if a nozzle is separated from a surface to which the subject of suction clings, while a liquid is being ejected, particularly a simple nozzle structure having such a characteristic.
SOLUTION: The structure of the nozzle connected to a suction device and used for sucking the subject of suction includes a cylindrical nozzle body part having an opening formed at one end thereof for sucking the subject of suction; a liquid ejecting part provided within the nozzle body part for ejecting into the open side of the nozzle body part the liquid to be sprayed to the subject of suction, and also a shield part having a shield plate overlapping with at least the end edge of the opening in the nozzle body part so that the liquid ejected from the liquid ejecting part collides against the plate, the shield part being provided in such a manner as to be displaceable relative to the nozzle body part. By displacing the shield part in the direction in which the shield plate approaches the opening in the nozzle body part, the liquid ejected from the liquid ejecting part is discharged to the outside without colliding against the shield plate.
