To provide a nozzle of a vacuum cleaner for obtaining enough torque of a rotation brush, for reducing noise caused by low speed rotation of an impeller, for simplifying and easily disposing a driving power transferring mechanism, and for automatically proceeding the nozzle by a driven wheel.

A rotation brush 11 is attached turning to cross axes 9 within a nozzle main body having an intake for taking air, dust and the like at a lower surface thereof and a connecting passage 4 to an absorbing pipe 2 at a center of a rear section of the brush. An impeller 12 for driving the brush 11 is rotatably provided turning to a vertical axis 48 on at least one rear edge of the right and left sides of the rotation brush 11 in a manner that the impeller 12 is driven by absorbing air current and force of revolution is transferred to the cross axes 9 of the rotation brush 11 through a transferring mechanism 14.
