Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing a pluripotent stem cell in vitro.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including a step of introducing a gene or polypeptide of a nuclear receptor and one or more genes or polypeptide selected from Sox, Kruppel-like factor or myc family into a cell in vitro. There are also provided a vector and a composition for producing the same, and a method for treating a patient who needs pluripotent stem cell treatment by using an induced pluripotent stem cell. There is also provided a method for, in order to treat a patient who needs pluripotent stem cell treatment, inducing a cell to a pluripotent cell in which a cell from an individual donor is isolated, the cell is cultured in vitro, and polynucleotide that encodes the transcription factor is introduced into a cell in culture solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
