Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for detecting nucleic acid with high sensitivity through simple operation without requiring any radioactive label and a nucleic acid probe being employed in the method.
CONSTITUTION: An antibody part 2 performing antigen-antibody reaction on a biological species is bound to a nucleic acid part 1 having probe function to constitute a nucleic acid probe which then react} on a sample nucleic acid to produce a hybrid antibody. The hybrid antibody is detected based on a biological species bound to the antibody part 2 of the hybrid antibody.
