Abstract:
To provide a nucleic acid transfer agent capable of quickly decondensing nucleic acid efficiently with an inexpensive low molecular weight compound, method for transferring nucleic acid, and cells with nucleic acids transferred by the method.
The nucleic acid transfer agent comprises a cationic polymer and/or a cationic lipid, and 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol. The method for transferring nucleic acid to cells comprises coexistence of the nucleic acid transfer agent, nucleic acid, and cells.
