Proper physical amount data points are selected from the databases 142 and 141 in accordance with the display range and the physical amount distribution in the display processing part 15 so that the important physical amount such as the max. value or the min. value does not leak and also the data amount of the display range is made almost constant. Thus, the deterioration of the information amount with the reduction of the display range is evaded and, at the same time, visualizing precision in the analysis result is improved so as to execute display at high speed.
