Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interruption of machining due to tool breakage etc., by furnishing spindle information comparison and correction means to replace command revolution with standard revolution for each tool memorized in a individual tool spindle information memory means at the time when the command revolution is a command exceeding the spindle highest revolution of a spindle system.
SOLUTION: Spindle revolution Sn and spindle highest revolution Smax are compared with each other (step 8). At this time, when Sn≤Smax, it proceeds to a step 11. When Sn>Smax, tool number command correction possible STiadm is read out (step 9). When correction is possible, it is interpreted that figures, etc., of an S command value are commanded by mistake, standard revolution STistd of the designated tool is read out, and it is memorized in an S command value modal register as a correction command value (step 11).
