PURPOSE: To avoid interval of feed based on short-time overload of an arithmetic unit even in the case of a high working speed by holding output data of block editing in a first-in first-out memory as a buffer memory between a block edit circuit and an interpolation device.
CONSTITUTION: A first-in first-out memory SP as the buffer memory between a block edit circuit SA and an interpolation device I holds output data of block editing. That is, the memory SP temporarily holds important or significant block data of a maximum of (n) blocks in the block editing circuit SA in accordance with the operation of the interpolation device I. The memory SP leads this data to the interpolation device I after a switch SS is closed. A flow of this data is leveled by an input device EG. The data volume is adapted to a process each time in accordance with the number of held blocks, and the reduction of the feed speed during continuous operation is avoided.
