Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control unit capable of suppressing the operation from stopping during a movement operation corresponding to each of two consecutive operation commands by a simple method.SOLUTION: A numerical control unit of a machine tool outputs a distribution-speed for each sampling cycle on the basis of an instruction. The numerical control unit determines a delay time D3 from an end of an output of a previous distribution-speed based on a previous instruction until a start of an output of a later distribution-speed based on a later instruction. The numerical control unit waits for the delay time D3 after an end the output of the distribution-speed based on the previous instruction, and then starts the output of the distribution-speed based on the later instruction. The numerical control unit calculates a value by subtracting a value obtained by adding a first later time constant Tb1 and a second later time constant Tb2 based on the later instruction from a value obtained by adding a first previous time constant Ta1 and a second previous time constant Ta2 based on the previous instruction, that is (Ta1+Ta2)-(Tb1+Tb2) as the delay time D3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
