Abstract:

To provide a device and a method for numerical controlled sequentially forming which is capable of forming an arbitrary free curve of a work plate by devising the support in the thickness direction of the work plate against the impact.

A punch 11 is fitted to a tool fitting part of a numerical controlled drive device, a circumferential edge of a work plate 12 is fixed to a holder 15 on a fixed base 14, and the work plate is brought into contact with an elasto-plastic plate 23 on a pedestal 16. The punch 11 is oscillated at high speed, the punch 11 is moved while the work plate 12 is impacted by the prescribed depth in the thickness direction, and recessed together with the elasto-plastic plate 23. When a first equi-height surface part S1 is uniformly recessed and expanded downward, the position of the pedestal 16 and the punch 11 is lowered by the prescribed quantity which is the positional difference in the thickness direction from an equi-height surface part S2 to be worked next. Then, the recess of the elasto-plastic plate 23 is restored, and brought into contact with an upper surface of the elasto-plastic plate 23 in which the lower surface of the first equi-height surface part S1 is flat. Then, the second equi-height surface part S2 is impacted.
