Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily recognize the constituting information by storing the constituting information of a printed board which has been mounted to a control unit, in an NVRAM and displaying it on a display screen. CONSTITUTION:The numerical controller is provided with a numerical control part (control unit) 1 and a CRT 2 of a display device, and this numerical control part 1 is provided with a central processing unit (CPU) 11, a memory 12, a CRT controller 13, an input/output processor 14, a motion control unit 15 and a mechanical system interface 16. In this case, an NVRAM 17 is provided on the numerical control part concerned 1, and constituting information of a printed board which has been mounted to the numerical control part 1 is stored. The information concerned consists of hardware version information of the printed board, alarm information, its generated time information, etc., and written in the NVRAM 17 by monitoring of the CPU 11 at the time of RUN. In such a way, at the time of reprise after OFF of a power source, alarm history information can be obtained.
