Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy by inputting squareness error data and an inputted command to a position loop gain error calculator and deriving a gain error, and adjusting a position loop gain of a servo-system by this error. CONSTITUTION:Squareness error data 21 of a squareness error generated between axes of control object axes for constituting an orthogonal coordinate system, and an inputted command 6 are inputted to a position loop gain error calculator 22, and by this error calculator 22, a gain error epsilon is derived, and also, by this gain error epsilon, a position loop gain 9 of a servo-system is adjusted. That is, a fact that a moving locus of a machine tool table, etc. is inclined in the direction in which the axis is inclined by a squareness error, and an effect by which its moving locus is inclined in the same way when an unbalance of the position loop gain between both the axes exists are combined, and by controlling the latter, the former is corrected. In such a way, the working accuracy can be improved by correcting the squareness error.
