Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently execute work control by changing a cutting condition in accordance with a norminal diameter in case of forming a working program using a thread cutting tool such as a tap tool. CONSTITUTION:An NC device is constituted of connecting a data input device 3 such as a keyboard, a display device 4 such as a graphite display, a program memory 5, a data memory 6, and a control part 8, etc., for controlling the driving axis of a working machine 7 to a bus 2 of a CPU 1. The data memory 6 stores factor values corresponding to the diameter values of plural thread cutting tools and a cutting speed, etc., corresponding to the kind of a specified material to be cut out as working files. Even when the norminal diameter of a tap is reduced, the optimum working condition can be determined by a factor value corresponding to the diameter, and when the norminal diameter is large, the working speed corresponding to the rigidity can be obtained, so that the work control can be attained by more detailed condition setting at the time of automatically determining the cutting condition of thread cutting work based on a tap tool.
