Title:
NUMERICAL KEY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09303013
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To facilitate operation, prevent theft by stealing a glance at operation or the like and reduce manufacturing cost by moving a plurality of character rows in an opening/closing numerical keyboard of a strongroom row by row.

An electronic control panel is enclosed in a lower part of a housing of a strongroom, and an opening/closing numerical key 11 is provided in a liquid crystal touch key image plane 12 provided at the control panel formed using a two-locker part. In the numerical key 11, a row of 1-3, a row of 4-6, a row of 7-9 and a row including 0 are made into blocks row by row, and a plurality of blocked character rows 13 are laterally shifted at the unit of one or two characters. Or rows can be longitudinaly blocked and vertically shifted. The character rows 13 are moved operation by operation so as to make stealing a glance at the keyboard meaningless, which results in positive prevention of theft. Movement block by block enables even an inexperienced person to easily operate, and cost can be reduced because of not using a polarizing plate or the like.
