PURPOSE: To attempt improvement of productivity by providing a pallet exchange device feeding and discharging a pallet, a numerical control device consisting of a work program memory means, a pallet designation means and the like whereby adapting a method designating a pallet number to call the same in an interactive form.
CONSTITUTION: The constitution is such that components are composed of a machine tool main body 10, a numerical control device 30 including work program memory means, to which working data can be inputted in a interactive form, a pallet designation means, a program classification setting memory means, a program execution means, and a pallet exchange device 50. The numerical control device 30 among these is composed of a key board 31, a CRT display 33, a pulse generating circuit 35, a sequence circuit 37, and of a central processing device 39. And the input of a pallet exchange program is accomplished in an interactive form over the CRT display 33. Owing to this constitution, a desired working program can be quickly called out thereby eliminating troublesome operations for enabling a work to be performed so as to improve productivity.
