PURPOSE: To provide a numerically-controlled radial drilling machine which has the numerical command effected by the X-Y Cartesian coordinates while allows the utilization of the intrinsic action of the radial drilling machine, namely, the turning of the arm and the straight motion of the spindle head on the arm, without providing any special expensive table device.
