PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether the call signal transmitted when a patient calls a nurse center is correctly received at the nurse center or not visually, aurally, and tactually. SOLUTION: When the call switch SW1 of a call grip button 1 is depressed to call a nurse call parent machine AQ1, a call is detected by the detecting circuit 10 of a nurse call child machine BQ1, a call signal f1 is generated and transmitted from a call signal transmitting circuit 12, and the counting of timer time is started by a timer circuit 11. When the call signal is received and identified by the call signal receiving circuit 30 and the call signal identifying circuit 31 of the nurse call parent machine AQ1, a confirmation signal f2 is returned from a confirmation signal transmitting circuit 32 to the confirmation signal receiving circuit 13 of the nurse call child machine BQ1. A first pulse generating circuit 15 or the second pulse generating circuit 16 are activated after the timer time when the confirmation signal is received by the nurse call child machine BQ1, and a vibration motor M1 and an indicator LED1 are driven in different output drive patterns.
