Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nurse to immediately respond to a nurse call reported in a nurse call master unit when all the multiple call lines are busy.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a report processing section 22 for performing the report processing of a nurse call when a call reception section 21 receives the calling of the nurse call; a determination section 23 for determining whether all the multiple call lines are busy when the call reception section 21 receives the calling of the nurse call; and a report processing section 25 for reporting an effect that all the multiple call lines are busy when it is determined that all the multiple call lines are busy. A nurse in a nurse center understands that only a nurse call master unit 1 can make a response by the report. Thus, the nurse can immediately respond to the nurse call without ignoring it.
