Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system capable of collecting calling history from nurse call slave machines of patients to nurse terminals of nurses and calling history from the nurse terminals of the nurses to the nurse call slave machines of the patients.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes a nurse call main device 140 for controlling calls and the like between nurse call slave machines 110 of patients in hospital and nurse terminals 120 carried by respective nurses, and a PBX (Private Branch Exchange) 150. The PBX 150 includes a nurse call outgoing/incoming DB 150a, accumulates call history information related to calling from the nurse call slave machines 110 to the nurse terminals 120 as nurse call incoming call history information to the nurse terminals 120, and accumulates call history information related to calling from the nurse terminals 120 to the nurse call slave machines 110 as nurse call outgoing call history information from the nurse terminals 120.
