Abstract:
To provide a nurse call system for supporting the efficiency of nursing actions to patients in a hospital and a care facility.SOLUTION: A nurse call system comprises: a terminal device including a storage part for storing own unique IDs, and a call button, and transmitting a call request including an ID in response to pushing of the call button so as to perform nurse call; a nurse call master device for receiving the nurse call transmitted by the terminal device, and notifying that call is performed together with the ID upon receiving the call request; and a relay unit disposed in a transmission path of the call request from the terminal device to the nurse call master device, and relaying the call request from the terminal device to the nurse call master device. The relay unit includes an environmental parameter acquisition part for acquiring an environmental parameter in an installation site of the relay unit, and adds information based on the environmental parameter acquired by the environmental parameter acquisition part to the call request from the terminal device, and transmits the call request to the nurse call master device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
