To perform calling by predicting the time at which a patient is to perform calling as accurately as possible.

For each nursing action which is the reason that the patient has performed calling and is executed to a patient by a medical worker, the duration from the execution of the nursing action to calling is stored beforehand in a storage part 14 in correspondence. When nursing action information indicating the nursing action executed to the patient by the medical worker is inputted, an input determination part 11a determines whether or not causal nursing action information matched with the nursing action information is present in the storage part 14. Then, when it is present, a calculation part 11b acquires duration information corresponding to the matched causal nursing action information, and calculates the time at which the patient may perform calling as predicted time information in addition to the inputted execution time information. When present time information acquired in a present time acquisition part 11c matches with the calculated predicted time information, predicted calling is reported.
