When a patient is selected by an operating part 15, patient information is displayed on a display part 16 of a nurse call master unit 10, and when the patient is selected by a mobile terminal operating part 44 of a mobile terminal 40, the patient information is displayed in an enlarged size on the display part 16 in comparison with the case of selecting the patient by the operating part 15. It is therefore determined that the medical worker is present near the display part 16 when operation is performed by the operating part 15, and the patient information is displayed in a usual size. On the other hand, it is determined that the medical worker is away from the display part 16 when operation is performed by the mobile terminal operating part 44, and the patient information is displayed in the enlarged size compared with the usual size. Consequently, the medical worker can easily see the patient information without detecting the distance between the display part 16 and the mobile terminal 40 operated to display the patient information.
