When reporting is performed by a master unit 10 for calling of a slave unit 1, the slave unit 1 is brought into a state not receiving the operation of a calling operation part 3. A restoration operation device 5 for restoring the state and a notifying device 20 for notifying the patient whether or not the health-care worker is busy are installed near the slave unit 1. Then, the number of the slave units 1 in the state of not receiving the operation of the calling operation part 3 is counted in a count part 15, and when the number is equal to or larger than a prescribed value, a control part 11 notifies that the health-care worker is busy by the notifying device 20. When the number is smaller than the prescribed value, the control part 11 notifies that the health-care worker is not busy by the notifying device 20. Thus, the point of time at which the patient performs calling and the point of time at which whether or not the health-care worker is busy is notified are matched.
