A first dropout calling hold operation part 3 is mounted on a wall unit 1 for the hold for dropout calling and releasing the hold, and the second dropout calling hold operation part 15 is mounted on a nurse call base phone 10 for the hold for dropout calling and releasing the hold, and when a timer 16 measures predetermined time only in a case that the second dropout calling hold operation part 15 is operated, the dropout calling hold is released. This leads to distinguishing the two cases definitely and the dropout calling hold is automatically released, and it can reminds the medical staff of the dropout calling hold.
