To provide a nurse call system capable of calling only a nurse other than a specific official position and automatically updating a call destination setting table by an external terminal.
The nurse call system comprises: a nurse call slave machine; a master machine; a portable terminal; and an external terminal for generating data of an attendance sheet table including official positions of nurses. The nurse call master machine 2 comprises: an external terminal I/F 25 for receiving data of the attendance sheet table generated by the external terminal; a storage section 21 that stores data of a call destination setup table for allocating a call-destination portable terminal for each nurse call slave machine as a call source and allocating a nurse carrying the portable terminal from a plurality of nurses; and a CPU 27 that, when the data of the attendance sheet table are received by the external terminal I/F 25, sets an allocation content of the call destination setup table from the official position information included in the attendance sheet table, with only a portable terminal carried by a predetermined nurse other than the official position defined as a call destination.
