PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which provides a display for easily recognizing that an individual hospital room is a room for males, females, or both genders in a nurse call master unit which electronically displays a list of patient information.SOLUTION: A nurse call master unit 3 is provided with: a display 34a which electronically displays a list of patient information including a name and a bed number of a hospitalized patient in a color; and a PC type master unit CPU 39 for controlling a display in the form of a list for the patient information in the display 34a. A control unit 4 has a patient information storage part 42 which stores the patient information including gender information of the hospitalized patient. The PC type master unit CPU 39 displays the list of the patient information by displaying the patient information while providing a frame F1 for each hospital room and arranging a patient information display frame F2 in the frame F1, and further discriminates whether the individual hospital room is a male room, a female room, or a room for both genders by reading the gender information of the patient to display a hospital room number display part D1 in a prescribed color based on the discrimination.
