PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system capable of smoothly executing angular adjustment of a camera for imaging a patient.SOLUTION: A nurse carries an ID card 7. A master unit 3 comprises: an ID reception part 38 for reading information of the ID card 7; and a master unit telephone conversation history storage part 34b for storing a telephone conversation history which is replied from the master unit 3 to call from a slave unit 1, with the ID information which is received simultaneously. A camera 6 which starts up, outputs a start signal and a video signal via a corridor lamp 2, and the corridor lamp 2 receives the start signal and generates a call signal of the slave unit 1 related to the camera 6 and then sends the call signal to the master unit 3. The master unit 3 receives the call signal, then performs ringing of a call sound and displays a received video on a display part 3b. If there is no reply operation even after a constant period passes, the master unit refers to the master unit telephone conversation history storage part 34b, and transfers a call to a portable terminal 5 which is carried by at least one nurse who relied latest by the master unit 3, for ringing control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
