Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a medical worker to easily grasp the quality of a nursing service based on time until the medical worker makes a response to calls since the calls are made by a nurse call slave unit.SOLUTION: Call date information when calls have been made by a nurse call slave unit 1 and response date/time information when responses have been made to those calls by a nurse call master unit 10 are stored in a storage part 13, and response time since the calls have been made until the responses have been made is calculated from a difference between the response date/time information and the call date/time information, and average response time is calculated from all the calls made on the previous date, and displayed at a display device 18. Thus, the average response time on the previous date is displayed at the display device 18 provided at the nurse call mater unit 10 so that a medical worker who has viewed the display can easily grasp the quality of a nursing service of a whole ward based on time until the medical worker makes a response to the calls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
