Abstract:
To provide a nurse call system that enables an individual nurse to respond to a call from a patient even if there are neither base station nor exchange.SOLUTION: A nurse call system comprises: a movable terminal device 5 communicating with a controller 4 via any of access points 6 disposed at a plurality of locations on a LAN 10; a two-way communication device 8 that on the basis of a call signal transmitted from a nurse call slave unit 1, relays call information output to the terminal device 5 by the controller 4; a chatbot 7 that is disposed on a communication network N and creates a message card comprising a reply button B5 on the basis of the call information output from the controller 4 via the two-way communication device 8; and a chat server 9 notifying the terminal device 5 of the message card created by the chatbot 7. The terminal device 5 receives the message card via the chat server 9 and displays the received message card on a display unit 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
