Abstract:
To provide a nurse call system for determining properly, whether a medical worker responds to reporting to a portable terminal which is performed by a slide call function.SOLUTION: There is provided a nurse call system having a slide call function for responding to a one time call from a patient and sequentially switching reporting to a plurality of portable terminals 8. When the portable terminal 8 performs reporting, by a timer 46, a time when an incoming destination is switched to a next incoming destination is measured, and the measured time is displayed on the portable terminal 8 in a count down method. Therefore, the time until the incoming destination is switched to another portable terminal 8 being the next incoming destination is displayed on the portable terminal 8 in a count down method, and the medical worker can properly determine whether to respond himself/herself, according to the display and his/her situation. Therefore, a load applied to the medical worker can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
