Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first of all directly check with patients before judging abnormality occurrence when patients stay in a toilet for a prolonged time.SOLUTION: In a toilet, installed are: a human sensing sensor 8; a communication adapter 9 that notifies a master machine 3 of detection of abnormality about patients in the toilet on the basis of behavior information of the human sensing sensor 8a; and a wireless communication unit 11 allowing communication of the communication adapter 9 with the portable telephone 10 in the toilet. On the other side, the patient carries a portable telephone 10 enabling communication and telephone conversation via a public communication network N and loading a GPS function. A control device 4 is configured to obtain location information on the portable telephone 10 from an external server 13 managing the portable telephone 10. When detecting a state where the patient stays in the toilet for more than a fixed time on the basis of the behavior information of the human sensing sensor 8, the communication adapter 9 is configured to obtain a portable telephone number of a notification object from the control device 4; and transmit an abnormality check signal to the specified portable telephone 10 via the wireless communication unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
