Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system in which a person coming in absence can be verified.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes nurse call slave units 2, a nurse call master unit 6, cameras 4 to image a patient on a bed, and a nurse call control machine 9 for controlling communication among the nurse call slave unit 2, the nurse call master unit 6 and the camera 4. The cameras 4 each can image a watching range for imaging the patient on the bed; and a use range capable of being used personally in the patient's hospital room, the range that includes the patient's bed periphery. Further, the system has a determination part capable of determining whether the patient is present in the use range. When a determination is made by the determination part that the patient is absent in the use range and a person unlike the patient is present in the use range, the recording of imaging data in the use range is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
