Abstract:
To prevent a false report of omission call in a nurse call system which supplies power from a UPS during power failure of a commercial AC power source.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a power failure detection part 23 detecting power failure of a commercial AC power source; and an omission call stop control part 24 which controls a signal transmission part 22 so as to stop transmitting an omission call signal to a nurse call master machine 1 when a signal reception part 21 receives the omission call signal transmitted by a corridor lamp 3 in the state that the power failure of the commercial AC power source is detected. It is possible to prevent a false report of the omission call from occurring to the nurse call master machine 1 by performing control so that notification operation of the omission call is not given on the basis of the omission call signal even when it is falsely detected that omission of a sensor kind has occurred and an omission call signal is generated in the nurse call master machine 1 in the case that there is a sensor kind with which no power is supplied during the power failure of the commercial AC power source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
